About Me
I’ve been teaching and studying dance for the past eighteen years— I started my journey with Jazz dance in high school and went on to study Modern and Ballet during college, where I was also introduced to Ballroom, Argentine Tango, and Pilates. After graduation, I went on to teach dance full-time before branching into fitness, becoming a personal trainer and movement coach. Over the past nine years, I’ve traveled and competed nationwide as a West Coast Swing dancer, currently competing in the Champion and Classic Divisions.
It’s my hope to continue to share my love of dance and movement for many years to come!

What is the Franklin Method?
The Franklin Method emphasizes understanding how the body is designed to move using simple exercises and imagery, then bringing that understanding to your own movement practices to improve how you move and feel.
While often applied to specific modalities like dance, yoga, and Pilates, the Franklin Method has broad applications that improve how you experience your body every day.
Accessibility
Most Franklin exercises can be done without equipment or with items you have in your own home. They’re also accessible regardless of your current level of fitness and ability— you don’t need to be an athlete or dancer to benefit!
Personalized
Language and imagery are a major component of the Franklin Method. Since the images that are effective vary from person to person, the way the method is used is very individualized to your experiences and desired outcomes.
